KODAK Picture Maker Repair Service
LOGIX has many years of experience with
KODAK Picture Makers and stocks replacement parts for most Picture
Maker G3 models. Many times we can diagnose and repair problems over
the phone. Please be in front of your Picture Maker when you call
and have your setup password and key available in case we ask you to
open the cabinet.
Phone support for non-warranty Picture Makers or Picture Makers not
purchased from LOGIX is available for a fee of $79 per incident,
payable by credit card at the beginning of the support call. Our
tech support number is 1-800-465-6449 and is available Monday
through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm EST.
LOGIX maintains a full-time service staff with many years of
experience with the various models of KODAK Picture Makers. Should
an out-of-warranty item require repair, the customer would obtain a
Return Authorization Number (RMA#) and ship the defective item to
our service center. Once we receive the item, we will provide an
estimate before the repair is completed. Our turnaround time is
usually 24-48 hours following approval of the estimate. The customer
is responsible for all shipping charges. Items not properly packaged
are the responsibility of the shipper.
NOTE: There is a non-refundable checkout charge of $95. Should you
decide to have the unit repaired, the checkout charge is applied to
the final cost of the repair.
