LOGIX provides free phone support for KODAK Picture Makers purchased from LOGIX with original or extended warranties.

Phone support for non-warranty Picture Makers or Picture Makers not purchased from LOGIX is available for a $79 per incident fee, payable by credit card at the beginning of the support call.

Extended warranties are available for most KODAK Picture Maker G3 models.
