Logix Support, Service and Repairs
LOGIX has many years of experience with Kodak Picture Kiosks and stocks replacement parts for Picture Kiosk Order Stations, printers, and scanners. We maintain a friendly, knowledgable, full-time service staff with many years of experience with the various models of KODAK Picture Kiosks. Many times we can diagnose and repair problems over the phone. Please be in front of your Picture Kiosk when you call and have your setup password and key available in case we ask you to open the cabinet.
New Picture Kiosks purchased from LOGIX come with Kodak's 1 year warranty. All support and service is provided by KODAK for the first year. Most support issues can be handled by phone.
We provide free phone support for refurbished KODAK Picture Kiosks purchased from LOGIX with original or extended warranties. In most cases we can diagnose and resolve problems in a single phone call. Phone support is available Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm EST. Our tech support number is 1-800-465-6449 or 734-522-6900. Please be in front of your Picture Kiosk when you call and have your setup password and key available in case we ask you to open the cabinet.
Phone support for out of warranty Picture Kiosks or Picture Kiosks not purchased from LOGIX is available for a fee of $79 per incident, payable by credit card at the beginning of the support call. Additional calls regarding the same issue are considered one incident and there is no additional charge.
Service and Repairs
Should an out-of-warranty item require repair, the customer would obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) and ship the defective item to our service center. Once we receive the item, we will provide an estimate before the repair is completed. Our turnaround time is usually 24-48 hours following approval of the estimate. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Items not properly packaged are the responsibility of the shipper.

NOTE: There is a non-refundable checkout charge of $95. Should you decide to have the unit repaired, the checkout charge is applied to the final cost of the repair.
Extended warranties are available for selected KODAK Picture Kiosk models.
