Shipping & Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by phone at 734-522-6900 or 800-465-6449. You may request a return or exchange on a normal stock product within 30 days of the receipt of the product. Opened software, special orders, personalized, or other customized product may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances unless stated in writing at time of purchase.

Normal stock products are returnable with a 15% restocking fee provided they are returned in 100% resalable condition with no mailing labels or other defacing to the packaging. Any defective product will either be replaced or refunded without any restocking fee.

Deliveries in the United States normally take up to 5-7 business days to arrive, depending on the shipping method used and weather conditions. To increase shipping security, a delivery receipt may be asked from you by the delivery company. If the product has still not been delivered after 30 days of purchase date, the customer is entitled to a refund of the purchase in full.

Business days are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm EST, excluding holidays determined by common and other freight carriers. For each individual order, we select a shipping method that will provide both value and speedy delivery. Standard shipping methods include United Parcel Service (UPS) and the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please note that customers outside the United States shall be responsible for the payment of any import taxes, duties, tariffs or similar charges which may be imposed over and above ordinary shipping charges.
